Amend HB 2 as follows:                                                       

	(1)  On page 150, line 19, strike "and".                                

	(2)  On page 150, line 24, strike the period and substitute "; 

and".  

	(3)  On page 150, between lines 24 and 25, insert the 

following:             

		(17)  the measure of reduction or increase in any 

disparity between educationally disadvantaged students and all 

other students in:

			(A)  performance on assessment instruments 

administered under Subchapter B; and

			(B)  high school graduation rates computed as 

described by Subdivision (3).
