System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend the Turner amendment to HB 2 as follows:                               

	(1)  In proposed Section 4.003(b), Education Code, between 

"Legislative Budget Board" and "shall", insert "in cooperation with 

the commissioner".

	(2)  In proposed Sections 4.003(b) and (d)(1), Education 

Code, strike "each unfunded" and substitute "any unfunded".

	(3)  In proposed Section 4.003(e), Education Code, strike "an 

unfunded" and substitute "any unfunded".
