Amend HB 2 on page 68, line 19, by inserting the following 

text after the word "plans":

applied for admission to a postsecondary educational institution;

		(2)  the name of any postsecondary educational 

institution to which the student is planning to apply or has applied 

for admission, if applicable;

		(3)  the name of any postsecondary educational 

institution to which the student has been accepted for admission, 

if applicable;

		(4)  the name of the postsecondary educational 

institution to which the student has been accepted for admission 

and is planning to attend, if applicable;"
