System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	

Amend CSHB 3 as follows:                                                     

	(1)  Strike SECTION 2A.09, page 4, lines 17-18, of the bill 

and insert a new section as follows:





"This part takes effect January 1, 2006, and applies to reports 

originally due after May 15, 2006."

	(2)  Strike PART D, page 8, lines 6-44, of the bill and 

renumber accordingly.
