System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	

Amend Floor Amendment No. 1 to CSHB 3 as follows:                            

	(1)  On page 3 of the amendment, strike lines 1-2 and 

substitute the following:

	"(3)  Strike page 31, line 65, through page 32, line 4, and 

substitute the following:

	"SECTION 4A.01.  Effective September 1, 2005, Section".                        

	(2)  On page 2, line 29 of the amendment, strike "repealed" 

and substitute "sunset".

	(3)  Delete Item 5 (amendment page 4, line 28, through page 

17, line 7).
