Amend Floor Amendment No. 27 to CSHB 3 by adding the following 

SECTION, appropriately numbered, and renumbering subsequent 

SECTIONs of the bill accordingly:

	SECTION __.  Section 2001.420, Occupations Code, is amended 

by adding Subsection (d) to read as follows:

	(d)  A prize payout for electronic pull-tab bingo or any 

electronic bingo game may not exceed 65 percent of total receipts.
