Amend CSHB 11 (Committee Printing), on page 1, line 16-17, by 

striking "salary provided for a justice of a court of appeals other 

than a chief justice" and substituting "combined salary provided 

for a justice, other than a chief justice, of the court of appeals 

that includes the county in which the district judge resides".
