	Amend SB 20 (house committee printing) as follows:                           

	(1)  Strike SECTIONS 1 and 2 of the bill (page 1, line 4 

through page 2, line 19), and renumber subsequent SECTIONS as 

appropriate.

	(2)  In the recital to SECTION 3 of the bill (page 2, line 21) 

strike "amending Subsection (a) and adding Subsections (g) through 

(n)" and substitute "adding Subsections (g) and (h)"

	(3)  In SECTION 3 of the bill, strike amended Subsection (a) 

(page 2, line 23 through page 3, line 13), and added Subsections 

(g)-(i) (page 3, line 14 through page 4, line 11), and (l)-(n) (page 

4, lines 4-17), Section 39.904, Utilities Code, and reletter added 

Subsections (j) and (k) as (g) and (h) respectively.

	(4)  In SECTION 3 of the bill, in added Section 39.904(j)(1), 

Utilities Code (page 4, line 17), between "commission's" and 

"implementation" insert "potential".

	(5)  In SECTION 3 of the bill, in added Section 39.904(j)(3), 

Utilities Code (page 4, line 21), between "of the" and "effects" 

insert "potential".

	(6)  In SECTION 3 of the bill, in added Section 39.904(j)(3), 

Utilities Code (page 4, line 22), strike "has" and substitute "may 

have".
