Amend Floor Amendment No. 1 to SB 21, SECTION 7, Section 

54.251, Utilities Code (page 14, line 6) as follows:

	(1)  At page 14, line 13, after "standards" insert "including 

standards for 911 service"

	(2)  At page 14, line 15, after "technologies" and before "." 

insert "and shall offer services at a price comparable to the 

monthly service charge for comparable services in that exchange or 

the provider's nearest exchange"
