	Amend Amendment No. 20 by Hegar to CSSB 62 in SECTION 2, as 

added by the amendment, in added Subsection (c), Section 203.052, 

Transportation Code (page 2, line 13), between "eminent domain" and 

the period, insert the following:

	, unless the acquisition of the property is for one of 

multiple ancillary facilities included in a comprehensive 

development plan approved by the county commissioners court of each 

county in which the property is located
