Amend CSSB 62 by                                                             

	1. In Section 2206.001(c)(3) insert after the words "common 

carrier" and before the word "or" the following additional 

description:

	subject to the provisions of Chapter 111 of the Natural 

Resources Code and Art. 2.01 B(3)(b) of the Business Corporations 

Act, underground storage operations subject to the provisions of 

Chapter 91 of the Natural Resources Code, entities having the power 

or eminenet domain under Chapter 181 of the Utilities Code

	and in that same section (c)(3) insert after the words 

"energy transporter" and before the ";" the following:

	"as defined in Sec. 186.051 of the Utilites Code"
