Amend Floor Amendment No. 8 (Shapleigh) to CSSB 62, as 

follows:            

	On page 1, line 12 after "public project" insert the 

following:  ", provided however that nothing in this section shall 

prohibit the distribution of surplus toll revenue as otherwise 

allowed by law."
