Amend CSSB 62 (Senate committee printing) in SECTION 1 of the 

bill, in added Chapter 2206, Government Code (page 1, between lines 

43 and 44), by inserting the following:

	Sec. 2206.002.  EXPIRATION OF CHAPTER.  This chapter expires 

September 1, 2009.
