R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, July 9, 2005, marks the 50th birthday of Lee M. Hough and provides a fitting opportunity to reflect on his myriad achievements; and WHEREAS, Mr. Hough enjoys a fulfilling career, combining a deep commitment to his faith with a notable background in the publishing industry, and he brings a rich reserve of expertise to his current position as a literary agent with Alive Communications; and WHEREAS, Although this esteemed gentleman currently resides in Colorado, Mr. Hough was raised in the Lone Star State and retains a strong sense of pride in his Texas roots; and WHEREAS, Highly regarded for his integrity and his warm, compassionate nature, he has earned the respect of all who know him, and he counts among his many admirers the members of his loving family, which include his wife, Paula Hough, and their children, Katie, Cole, and Molly; and WHEREAS, Lee Hough's personal and professional accomplishments indeed warrant sincere admiration, and it is a pleasure to honor him on this festive occasion; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 79th Texas Legislature, 1st Called Session, hereby congratulate Lee M. Hough on his 50th birthday and extend to him sincere best wishes for continued happiness; and, be it further RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be prepared for Mr. Hough as an expression of high regard by the Texas House of Representatives.
