R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, Leah and Robert H. Angevine of Midland celebrated 
their 60th wedding anniversary on June 29, 2005, marking a 
momentous milestone in their long and happy union; and
	WHEREAS, Mr. Angevine and the former Leah Isabel Thomas were 
united in matrimony on June 29, 1945, in Houston, and they have 
since enjoyed a marriage that has been blessed with three children, 
Dr. Terry Angevine, Janan Hall, and Nancy Hernandez; and
	WHEREAS, Valued residents of the Midland community since 
1964, the Angevines have both retired from successful careers, he 
from Fasken Oil and Ranch and she from Midland High School; and
	WHEREAS, Throughout the past six decades, Robert and Leah 
Angevine have shared life's trials and triumphs, and their enduring 
union remains an inspiration to all who are privileged to know them; 
now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 79th Texas 
Legislature, 1st Called Session, hereby congratulate Leah and 
Robert H. Angevine on the joyous occasion of their 60th wedding 
anniversary and extend to them heartfelt best wishes for continued 
happiness together; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Angevine as an expression of high regard 
by the Texas House of Representatives.
