SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 7

	WHEREAS, October 8, 2004, will long be remembered as a 
special date by our esteemed colleague, Senator Kyle Janek, and 
his lovely wife, Shannon, for that day marked the birth of their 
adorable baby boy, James Luke Janek; and

	WHEREAS, Since his arrival, Luke has been a continual 
source of delight to his devoted circle of admirers, including 
his adoring grandparents, Jimmy and Carolyn Riddle and Eddie and 
Doris Janek; and

	WHEREAS, The Janeks have been assisted in caring for the 
newest member of the family by their older sons, Ryan Edward and 
William Walker, who will undoubtedly take great pride in guiding 
their younger brother throughout the years to come; and

	WHEREAS, Blessed with an irresistible smile and a proud 
Lone Star birthright, James Luke has won the hearts of all who 
know him, and it is a pleasure to formally acknowledge his birth 
at this time; now, therefore, be it

	RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas,
79th Legislature, 1st Called Session, hereby officially welcome 
James Luke Janek as a new citizen of Texas and extend sincere 
congratulations to State Senator Kyle Janek and Shannon Janek on 
the birth of their beloved baby boy; and, be it further

	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this Resolution be 
prepared for James Luke Janek and his parents as an expression
of highest regard from the Texas Senate.
