SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 73
	WHEREAS, July 5, 2005, will be a day long cherished and 
remembered by Adam and Hanna Dershowitz, for on that day their 
son Mars Orson Dershowitz was born; and
	WHEREAS, The beautiful baby boy arrived at 9:39 a.m.;
he weighed seven pounds two ounces and was 21 inches long; and
	WHEREAS, The safe arrival of Mars fulfilled his parents' 
dearest wish, and they are joyful over the birth of their new son; 
and
	WHEREAS, This blessed event has brought great pride to 
Mars' family, and he has been heartily welcomed into their 
household; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas,
79th Legislature, 1st Called Session, hereby extend 
congratulations to Adam and Hanna Dershowitz and extend best 
wishes for the future to Mars Orson Dershowitz; and, be it 
further
	RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for 
the family as a memento of this special day.
