SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 81

	WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to 
recognize Connie Ann Rollins Dunn on the occasion of her 
retirement from the Bayer Corporation; and

	WHEREAS, As vice president of Human Resource Services and 
Employee Practices, Connie Dunn has handled the complexities and 
far-reaching responsibilities of her position with skill and 
professionalism; and

	WHEREAS, During her tenure with the company, Connie became 
well known for her first-rate administrative skills and her 
reliable judgment; and

	WHEREAS, Connie's interests are broad and her 
contributions to her community are numerous; she belongs to the 
Program to Aid Citizen Enterprise and the Negro Education 
Emergency Drive; she has been a supporter of the Easter Seals of 
Western Pennsylvania; and

	WHEREAS, An exemplary and distinguished lady, Connie is 
beloved and respected by her colleagues, and her presence at the 
Bayer Corporation will be greatly missed; now, therefore, be it

	RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas,
79th Legislature, 1st Called Session, hereby commend
Connie Ann Rollins Dunn on her many years of hard work and her 
contributions to her community and extend to her best wishes for 
the retirement years ahead; and, be it further

	RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for 
her as an expression of esteem from the Texas Senate.
