SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 109

	WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to 
recognize Demetrius Antoine Gross on the auspicious occasion of 
his graduation from Carnegie Mellon University; and

	WHEREAS, Demetrius graduated from Carnegie Mellon 
University with a bachelor of fine arts degree in drama on
May 15, 2005; and

	WHEREAS, A high achiever, Demetrius establishes his goals 
and pursues them with perseverance and clear-sightedness; his 
notable achievements in school bear witness to his dedication and 
exceptional abilities; now, therefore, be it

	RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas,
79th Legislature, 1st Called Session, hereby commend
Demetrius Antoine Gross on the occasion of his graduation from 
Carnegie Mellon University and extend to him best wishes for the 
future; and, be it further

	RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for 
him as an expression of esteem from the Texas Senate.
