(1)  Strike Section 2C.03 (page 130, line 21, through page 	131, line 7, House committee printing).

	(2)  Strike Section 2C.16 (page 144, lines 1-17, House 

committee printing).  

	(3)  Renumber the existing sections as appropriate.
