	Amend CSHB 2 in SECTION 2D.10 of the bill, in proposed 

Subsection (c), Section 29.913, Education Code (page 153, lines 

7-8), by striking "public speaker to promote the importance of 

higher education" and substituting "public speaker who is a member 

of the business community to speak of the importance of higher 

education in obtaining a well-paying job and achieving and 

maintaining a high standard of living".
