Amend CSHB 2 on pages 356 and 357 as follows:                                

	Delete section 11A.251(b), page 356 lines 23-27 and on page 

357 lines 1 and 2:  A public charter district admission policy may 

provide for the exclusion of a student who has a document history of 

a criminal offense, juvenile court adjudication, or discipline 

problems under Subchapter A. Chapter 37.
