Amend HB 3 as follows:                                                       

	(1)  Strike ARTICLE 6 of the bill (page 52, line 15, through 

page 54, line 2), and renumber subsequent ARTICLES accordingly.

	(2)  Strike ARTICLE 10 of the bill (page 60, line 14, through 

page 62, line 9), and renumber subsequent ARTICLES accordingly.
