The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.






	Amend HB 13 (committee printing) on page 10, between lines 10 

and 11, by inserting:

	Sec. 43.153.  PUBLIC NOTICE.  (a)  A BPL Internet service 

provider shall publish notice to the public that the provider will 

be providing BPL services not later than the 90th day before the 

provider begins providing BPL services.

	(b)  The notice must be published in the Texas Register and 

in at least one newspaper of general circulation in the area to 

which the BPL Internet service provider will be providing BPL 

services.
