The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.






	Amend HB 13 as follows:                                                      

	(1)  On page 77, strike lines 5-7 and substitute the 

following:              

	Sec. 66.014.  DISCRIMINATION PROHIBITED. (a)  The purpose of 

this section is to prevent discrimination among potential 

residential subscribers on the basis of either income or geography.

	(2)  On page 77, lines 11-12, strike "because of the income 

of the residents in the local area in which such group resides" and 

substitute "because of the income or geographic location of the 

residents".
