The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.






	Amend CSSB 7 by striking SECTION 5 of the bill (page 5, lines 

1 through 7) and substituting the following:

	Sections 21.001 and 21.013, Property Code, as amended by this 

Act, apply to a condemnation proceeding initiated on or after the 

effective date of this Act.  A condemnation proceeding initiated 

before the effective date of this Act is governed by the law in 

effect immediately before that date, and that law is continued in 

effect for that purpose.
