Amend Amendment No. 11 by Kolkhorst to CSSB 7 in Subsection 

(c), Section 203.052, Transportation Code, as added by the 

amendment, between "eminent domain" and the underscored period 

(page 2, line 11), by inserting:

	, unless the acquisition of the property is for one of 

multiple ancillary facilities included in a comprehensive 

development plan approved by the county commissioners court of each 

county in which the property is located
