Amend CSSB 7 (House Committee Printing) by striking added 

Subdivision (2), Subsection (c), Section 2206.001, Government Code 

(page 2, line 13), and substituting the following:

		"(2)  entities authorized under Section 59, Article 16, 

Texas Constitution, including:

			(A)  port authorities;                                                

			(B)  navigation districts; and                                        

			(C)  any other conservation or reclamation 

districts that act as ports;".
