Amend CSSB 7 (House Committee Printing) in SECTION 1 of the 

bill, in added Subsection (c), Section 2206.001, Government Code, 

as follows:

	(1)  At the end of Subdivision (8) (page 3, line 2), strike 

"or".     

	(2)  At the end of Subdivision (9) (page 3, line 3), strike 

the underlined period and substitute ";or".

	(3)  Immediately following Subdivision (9) (page 3, between 

lines 3 and 4), insert the following:

		"(10) a library, museum, or related facility and any 

infrastructure related to the facility."
