Amend CSSB 7 (House Committee Printing) in SECTION 4 of the 

bill, in Subdivision (1) of Subsection (d), between "economic 

development purposes" and the semicolon (page 4, line 22), by 

inserting "and the issue of what constitutes adequate compensation 

for property taken through the use of eminent domain".
