H.R. No. 66 





R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, LeDaniel E. Bradshaw of Dallas has completed the rigorous requirements for attaining the rank of Eagle Scout, and his notable accomplishment is being recognized at an Eagle Scout Court of Honor on July 31, 2005, at Good Street Baptist Church; and WHEREAS, A valued member of Boy Scout Troop No. 167, which is sponsored by the church, Mr. Bradshaw has progressed through the ranks, earning 21 merit badges and completing an Eagle Scout project of lasting benefit to his community; and WHEREAS, The son of Horace and Lynn Bradshaw, Eagle Scout Bradshaw is an active congregant of Good Street Baptist Church, where he is a member of the Senior Ambassadors Choir, Usher Board, and drill team; and WHEREAS, A 2005 graduate of South Oak Cliff High School, Mr. Bradshaw received a Langston Regents Scholarship, a Langston Band Scholarship, a Paul Quinn Band Scholarship, and a University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff Scholarship; he is beginning his collegiate career in the fall at Langston University in Oklahoma, where he will major in accounting; and WHEREAS, Eagle Scout Bradshaw's dedication to excellence and unwavering commitment to his goals have proven him worthy to stand among scouting's elite, and it is most appropriate that he be honored at this time; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 79th Texas Legislature, 2nd Called Session, hereby congratulate LeDaniel E. Bradshaw on becoming an Eagle Scout and extend to him sincere best wishes for success in all his future endeavors; and, be it further RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be prepared for Mr. Bradshaw as an expression of high regard by the Texas House of Representatives.
