H.R. No. 76 







R E S O L U T I O N

	WHEREAS, Woody and Dorothy Hogan of Mineola have recently 

marked a special milestone in their lives, when they celebrated 

their golden wedding anniversary with a party at the Hainesville 

Community Center; and

	WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Hogan met in Dallas and were married at 

Christ the King Catholic Church; their enduring union has been 

blessed with four children, Woody Hogan, Jr., Bill Hogan, Linda 

Bunnell, and Melissa Smith;  and

	WHEREAS, For more than half a century, this devoted couple 

have nurtured a strong bond of love and mutual respect, filling each 

other's lives with many happy times and cherished family memories, 

and it is a pleasure to honor them at this time; now, therefore, be 

it

	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 79th Texas 

Legislature, 2nd Called Session, hereby congratulate Woody and 

Dorothy Hogan on the joyous occasion of their 50th wedding 

anniversary and extend to them best wishes for continued happiness; 

and, be it further

	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 

prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Hogan as an expression of high regard by 

the Texas House of Representatives.
