R E S O L U T I O N

	WHEREAS, A 60th wedding anniversary is a remarkable milestone 

in a couple's life together, and Bob and Sue Younger of Greenville 

recently celebrated this momentous occasion in their long and happy 

union; and

	WHEREAS, Since being joined in matrimony on July 19, 1945, in 

a ceremony held in Paris, France, Mr. and Mrs. Younger lived in 

Dallas and New Orleans before settling in Greenville; and

	WHEREAS, The couple was blessed with two children, Carol 

Clayton and Robert Younger, and they have shared in the joy of 

welcoming three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren into 

their cherished family; and

	WHEREAS, For six decades, Mr. and Mrs. Younger have enjoyed a 

fulfilling marriage built on a solid foundation of mutual love, 

trust, and respect, and their enduring union serves as an 

inspiration for all who treasure them; now, therefore, be it

	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 79th Texas 

Legislature, 2nd Called Session, hereby congratulate Bob and Sue 

Younger on the joyous occasion of their 60th wedding anniversary 

and extend to them best wishes for continued happiness; and, be it 

further

	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 

prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Younger as an expression of high regard by 

the Texas House of Representatives.
