Amend CSHB 1 as follows:                                                     



(1)  On page 2, between lines 7 and 8, insert the following:

		(1)  the amount of state and local revenue per student 

in weighted average daily attendance for the maintenance and 

operations of the district available to the district for the 

2005-2006 school year;

	(2)  On page 2, line 8, strike "(1)" and substitute "(2)".       

	(3)  On page 2, line 18, strike "(2)" and substitute "(3)".      

	(4)  On page 3, line 2, strike "would be" and substitute 

"is".
