Amend CSHB 2 (Senate committee printing) as follows: (1) On page 1, line 34, strike "two-thirds" and substitute "one-third"; (2) On page 1, line 38, strike "two-thirds" and substitute "one-third"; and (3) On page 1, line 43, strike "one-third" and substitute "two-thirds".
