	On page 16, line 14, add a new subsection 

171.101(a)(1)(B)(ii)(c) to read as follows:

					(c)  costs that are properly allocable 

under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (48 C.F.R. Part 1, or any 

successor regulation) to contracts for the sale of goods or 

services to the federal government;
