Amend CSHB 3 on page ___, line ___ by adding a new subsection 

(g)(4) to Section 171.1011 to read:

		(4)  pass through revenue from commercial tenants, 

collected to cover ad valorem taxes and other expenses not included 

in the base long-term lease rate.  This applies to those leases 

negotiated before the effective date of this bill.
