System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend Amendment No. 34 by Rose (page 58 of the amendment 

packet) as follows:

	(1)  On page 1, line 15 of the amendment, strike "and".                 

	(2)  On page 1, line 18, strike the underlined period and 

substitute the following:



; and                                                                  

		(3)  the costs are incurred on or before December 31, 

2009.
