packet) as follows:

	(1)  On page 1, line 15 of the amendment, strike "and".                 

	(2)  On page 1, line 18, strike the underlined period and 

substitute the following:



; and                                                                  

		(3)  the costs are incurred on or before December 31, 

2009.
