	Amend the Hupp amendment to CSHB 3 (Amendment Packet Page 42) 

as follows:  

	(1)  On page 1, line 10 of the amendment, strike "for the 

benefit of" and substitute "to house".

	(2)  On page 1, lines 19 through 20 of the amendment, strike 

"for the benefit of" and substitute "to house".

	(3)  On page 2, line 2 of the amendment, strike "for the 

benefit of" and substitute "to house".
