A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT

relating to the renewable energy credits trading program.                     
	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:                        
	SECTION 1.  Section 39.904, Utilities Code, is amended by 
adding Subsection (o) to read as follows:
	(o)  Electricity generated by a clean coal project, as 
defined in Chapter 5, Water Code, shall be eligible for the 
commission's renewable energy credits trading program.
