R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, The birth of Thomas Russell "Tripp" Craddick III to 
Tommy and Laura Craddick on April 26, 2006, represented a joyous and 
unforgettable occasion for this fine Texas family; and
	WHEREAS, Making his way into the world at 11:28 a.m., this 
welcome addition to the Craddick household weighed in at 7 pounds, 
12 ounces, and measured 21-1/4 inches in length at birth, but the 
delight he has brought to the members of his doting family is truly 
immeasurable; and
	WHEREAS, Tripp has already enriched the lives of his parents 
and many admirers, including his maternal grandparents, Allen and 
Susan Parker, and his paternal grandparents, Nadine Craddick and 
Speaker Tom Craddick, who was privileged to have his grandson named 
in his honor; and
	WHEREAS, This precious child will surely thrive in the loving 
embrace formed by his parents, extended family, and friends--a 
circle that will undoubtedly nurture this treasured young Texan 
throughout his life; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 79th Texas 
Legislature, 3rd Called Session, hereby officially welcome Thomas 
Russell Craddick III as a new citizen of Texas and extend sincere 
congratulations to Tommy and Laura Craddick on the birth of their 
beloved son; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for Tripp, his parents, and his entire family as an 
expression of high regard by the Texas House of Representatives.
