R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, Bill and Jean Frazier of Round Rock celebrated the 
joyous occasion of their 45th wedding anniversary on April 2, 2006; 
and
	WHEREAS, United in matrimony on April 2, 1961, the loving 
pair enjoy a marriage that is filled with love, trust, and mutual 
respect and that has grown stronger with each passing year; and
	WHEREAS, The enduring union of these two esteemed Texans has 
long served as an inspiration to all those with whom they have 
shared the richness of their lives, and it is indeed a pleasure to 
recognize them for 45 years of happiness together; now, therefore, 
be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 79th Texas 
Legislature, 3rd Called Session, hereby congratulate Bill and Jean 
Frazier on their 45th wedding anniversary and extend to them best 
wishes for the future; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Frazier as an expression of high regard by 
the Texas House of Representatives.
