R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, With his admission to the State Bar of Texas, State 
Representative Patrick Rose has embarked on a new chapter in his 
life, and we congratulate our colleague on this personal and 
professional milestone; and
	WHEREAS, Having ably served the people of Blanco, Caldwell, 
and Hays Counties since his election to the 78th Texas Legislature, 
Representative Rose now brings an even broader range of expertise 
to his legislative work; and
	WHEREAS, In moving to the practice of law as well as its 
crafting, Representative Rose continues to embrace new challenges 
and opportunities, and he will surely bring to the legal profession 
the same fine qualities that have served him well throughout his 
tenure as a member of this chamber; and
	WHEREAS, Representative democracy is strengthened by the 
full participation of lawmakers in their communities, and the field 
of law offers new possibilities for Representative Rose that will 
greatly benefit his constituents as well; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 79th Texas 
Legislature, 3rd Called Session, hereby congratulate the Honorable 
Patrick Rose on passing the Texas State Bar exam and extend to him 
sincere best wishes for every success in his legal career; and, be 
it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for Representative Rose as an expression of high regard by 
his colleagues in the Texas House of Representatives.
