R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, Sean Thomas Peters has graduated as valedictorian of 
the Northeast Christian Academy Class of 2006, and he is to be 
commended for his receipt of this prestigious honor; and
	WHEREAS, This outstanding young man has enjoyed notable 
success throughout his educational career, earning an Optimist Club 
Speech Award, a Hobee Award, and recognition as an El Paso Rotary 
Club student honoree; and
	WHEREAS, Mr. Peters has also distinguished himself through 
his involvement in extracurricular activities; serving as vice 
president of his class, he has been vice president of the Christian 
Honor Society and editor of Crusader Monthly; moreover, he has 
volunteered his time to serve his community and been active in 
church ministries; and
	WHEREAS, Sean Peters is a source of tremendous pride to his 
family, school, and community, and with plans to attend the Air 
Force Academy, he may indeed look forward to a future bright with 
promise; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 79th Texas 
Legislature, 3rd Called Session, hereby congratulate Sean Thomas 
Peters on his graduation as valedictorian of the Northeast 
Christian Academy Class of 2006 and extend to him sincere best 
wishes for continued success in all his endeavors; and, be it 
further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for Mr. Peters as an expression of high regard by the Texas 
House of Representatives.
