R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, The year 2006 marks the 44th wedding anniversary of 
Virgil David Sorina and Brenda Lois Register, and this noteworthy 
milestone is indeed worthy of special recognition; and
	WHEREAS, Mr. Sorina and Ms. Register were joined in matrimony 
on November 22, 1962, in New Orleans, and they have a strong 
relationship that continues to grow in mutual affection, 
admiration, and respect; and
	WHEREAS, Throughout the years, they have drawn great strength 
and joy from their loving family, including their children, Virgil 
David Sorina, Jr., Valarie Jeanine Sorina, and Gary James Sorina, 
and their grandchildren, Jardin Diane Joyner, Cecelia Margarita 
Sorina, Michaela Arianna Sorina, Gabrielle Marie Sorina, Gary James 
Sorina, and Cole Nicholas Sorina; and
	WHEREAS, In celebrating 44 years of marriage, Virgil Sorina 
and Brenda Register eloquently affirm the enduring values of true 
love and steadfast devotion, and we join their family and friends in 
saluting them; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 79th Texas 
Legislature, 3rd Called Session, hereby honor Virgil David Sorina 
and Brenda Lois Register on the occasion of their 44th wedding 
anniversary and extend to them sincere best wishes for continued 
happiness; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for Mr. Sorina and Ms. Register as an expression of high 
regard by the Texas House of Representatives.
