SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
	WHEREAS, April 19, 2006, will forever be a day cherished by 
Brett and O'Neal Underwood, as it marks the birth date of their son, 
Arch Teaff Underwood; and
	WHEREAS, Born at Covenant Hospital-Lakeside in Lubbock, Arch 
made his long-awaited arrival into the world at 8:37 p.m. to the 
great delight of his parents and many admirers; and
	WHEREAS, Blessed with an irresistible smile and winning 
personality, this adorable baby boy has also brought great joy to 
his grandparents, Fred and Pam Underwood; and
	WHEREAS, Arch begins his life sheltered in the safe and 
loving embrace of his family, and with their support, dedication, 
and guidance, he may indeed look forward to a bright and promising 
future; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the 79th Legislature of the State of Texas, 
3rd Called Session, hereby congratulate Brett and O'Neal Underwood 
on the birth of their beloved son and formally welcome Arch Teaff as 
a new citizen of Texas; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for the family as an expression of high regard by the Texas 
House of Representatives and Senate.
