CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
	WHEREAS, House Bill No. 149 has passed the Texas Senate and is 
now in the Texas House of Representatives, and there are certain 
corrections to be made therein; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED by the 79th Legislature of the State of Texas, 3rd 
Called Session, That the house is hereby respectfully requested to 
return House Bill No. 149 to the senate for further consideration.


Recalling H.B. No. 149 from the House.
