SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 10

	WHEREAS, The birth of a baby is one of the most treasured 
events in the life of a couple; and

	WHEREAS, March 15, 2006, will be a day long remembered and 
cherished by Shannon Keiwan Daniels and Kevin Paul Daniels, for 
on that day their daughter Keiwan Makay Daniels was born; and

	WHEREAS, The beautiful baby girl was born at 8:55 a.m.; she 
weighed 10 pounds and was 21 1/2 inches long; and

	WHEREAS, Keiwan's safe arrival is the fulfillment
of her parents' dearest wish; her parents and her brother,
Kevin Paul Daniels, Jr., are filled with joy over this 
long-awaited infant, who has already found a permanent place in 
their hearts; and

	WHEREAS, It is indeed appropriate that the Texas Senate 
welcome this new little Texan as a treasured citizen of the
Lone Star State; now, therefore, be it

	RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas,
79th Legislature, 3rd Called Session, hereby extend to
Shannon Keiwan Daniels and Kevin Paul Daniels congratulations on 
the birth of their precious child and extend best wishes for the 
future to Keiwan Makay Daniels; and, be it further

	RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for 
the family as a memento of this special day.
