SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 252

	WHEREAS, April 22, 2006, will be a day long cherished and 
remembered by Kristin and David McKeel, for on that day their 
daughter Riley Christine was born; and

	WHEREAS, The beautiful baby girl arrived at 6:56 p.m.; she 
weighed seven pounds four ounces and was 19 inches long; and

	WHEREAS, Riley's safe arrival fulfilled her parents' 
dearest wish, and they are joyful over the birth of their new
daughter; and

	WHEREAS, The beautiful baby girl is the first child of 
Kristin and David and the first grandchild for both Sherry and 
Tommy Green and Phyllis and Danny McKeel; and

	WHEREAS, This blessed event has brought great pride and 
happiness to Riley's family, and it is indeed appropriate that 
the Texas Senate welcome this new little Texan as a treasured 
citizen of the Lone Star State; now, therefore, be it

	RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas,
79th Legislature, 3rd Called Session, hereby extend
congratulations to Kristin and David McKeel and best wishes
for the future to Riley Christine; and, be it further

	RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for 
the family as a memento of this special day.
