Fiscal Analysis

The bill would appropriate $2,517,322 to the Adjutant General's Department for the department to assume responsibilities of the Texas Military Facilities Commission.

The bill would take effect immediately upon enactment, assuming that it received the requisite two-thirds majority votes in both houses of the Legislature. Otherwise, it would take effect on 91st day after the last day of the legislative session.

Methodology

The $2,517,322 General Revenue appropriation to the Adjutant General's Department for the Texas
Military Facilities Commission would be $1,337,808 in FY 2006 and $1,179,514 in FY 2007.

This analysis assumes immediate effect.
